Greedy Gecko has provided pest control services to Albany and the Great Southern region for over 10 years. Our general insect treatment starts from only $170 inc GST (5 litres) which covers an average 3 bedroom 2 bathroom or 200-250 squ/m. If the area is larger, costs are charged at $20 for each extra litre used. This covers all common household insects including flies, spiders, mosquitoes, silverfish, common roaches, wasps and more. It’s 100% pet safe, no colour or odour so we can treat both internal and external. No need to leave the premises, but we do recommend vacating the building while we work inside. The product we use is water based therefore your wet area floors will become slippery for 15-20 minutes. A property on average will take no longer than 1 hour to be completed.
